Good day! Ma’am and Sir, Nais ko po sanang mag request ng Form 137 at Good  Moral ko po, for my school requirements here in Hong Kong. Isa po akong OFW na hangad ay makapagtapos ng kolehiyo. At hinihingian na po ako ng school namin na maipasa ko na po ang Form 137 ko at Good Moral. Kasalukuyan po ako ay nag aaral na. Sana po matulungan nyo po ako. Maraming salamat po in advance.
