Hello, 

Good day! 

My name is Wilma Fermalino.. My Daugther is a graduate of the ALS back in 2015 at Sto Nino South Cotabato Als  I would like to request for a Certified Original Copy of her ALS Diploma as I she misplaced the original copy. I am requesting for another original one because I am applying for college this coming school year. I would be willing to pay any extra charges for this.
