Hi! I just want to report some case wherein a postman in Calamba,Laguna billed the receiver a money for the document that was already paid by the sender. I just want the people to be aware of this. Please check first and do not pay the money to avoid this kind of scam. I also want to report some postman where the national ID was not received by the owner even though we are in the house. They do not do their job. My husband waited for a whole day in the post office just to get the ID but the postman did not return as his colleagues says the he logs in the post office in the morni
