Hi! I would like to request the information on the following:

1) Is the process of getting a Postal ID now back to normal?

2) Will regional postal offices will process the application for Postal ID?

3) If the process of applying for a Postal ID is still not available, when is the possible date to apply for it?

We were able to determine that this particular information is not a valid FOI request as the same refers to our front line service which should be addressed to and could be best answered by our customer service. 

In any case, please be informed that the date of  resumption of said service is still uncertain. Kindly wait for our official announcement.
