Hi, I would like to ask of this post office form 1525 saying that I have an parcel, WITH REGISTRY CODE: RE496589074
Im quite anxious because i dont remember this if the sender is given maybe I can remember

Dear JAN ALVIN BERNARDO PASCUAL PASCUAL,

I refer to my letter of Dec 07, 2021 12:50:43 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for PHILIPPINE POSTAL CORPORATION FORM 1525.

I believe what you have with you is a Notice Card which you can present at the Post Office postmarked on the notice card to claim your parcel. Unfortunately, this request is not covered by the FOI, as the same is technically not a request for information, but is a front line service related concern.

It could be that the parcel was attempted for delivery but no one is around to receive the same. Unfortunately, we cannot simply disclose the sender to you, hence, you really have to come to personally claim your parcel.

In any case, I will maintain this request open for some time so you could still send me a reply. I would also appreciate if you would update me, especially if it turns out that what you have with you is not a Notice Card.
