Magandang araw po. Baka po matulungan nyo ako maghain ng complaint sa PhilPost via email o tawag.

Ang dokumento ko po na mula Singapore ay nasa PhilPost Mabalacat office na mula July 11 pa lang. Hanggang ngayon po ay hindi ito idinedeliver sa amin. Pumunta na po ako sa opisina nila nang dalawang beses ngunit ang sinasabi sa akin ay "hindi nila mahanap ang dokumento".

May pruweba po ako na nasa opisina na nila ang aking dokunento dahil chineck ko na ito sa main office (PhilPost San Fernando) bago pa man ako dumeretso sa Mabalacat.
