Kindly provide a direct contact number to Manila Post Office. 

The Phlpost customer care hotline is of no use since nobody answers the calls. Email support is also useless since they are not replying to my emails anymore.

I have tried browsing the web for a contact number but have failed to find one that's reachable or working.

Again please do not direct me to the hotlines.

I need to contact this specific post office. I am a PWD and have limited capabilities of having to go onsite.

We were able to determine that this particular information is not a valid FOI request as the same is not a request for a document, but is more of a customer service or front line service request which should be addressed to and could be best answered by customer service. 

In any case, please be informed that our telephones have not yet been restored after the fire. As of now, you can coordinate with the Manila Central Post Office through email at manilacentralpo@gmail.com, you may furnish me also in the email at markjoseph.abelardo@phlpost.gov.ph so that I may help you follow it up.
