Hi, the copy of my College Transcript of Records must be sealed in an envelope as per World Education Services procedures. Please see WES link below for their requirements:
1. They are in a sealed envelope with my institution's name on it.
2. The seal, stamp, or signature of an official officer at the institution overlaps the back flap of the sealed envelope.
