I would like to seek assistance in securing a NTC permit for a mobile phone that was purchased in Singapore by my brother as a gift. I am not a retailler or a seller, the phone is for personal use only. The DHL told him today that he needs NTC permit. Let me know if there's any updates. Thank you so much.

Daquioag or foireceivingofficer.ntc@gmail.com at (02 8924-4018 / 02 8924-4040), or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at National  Telecommunications  Commission
