Greetings! I would like to request the following monthly regional data from 2014-2023:
1.	Actual Energy Generation Billed to FiT-All (in PhP and in MW per energy source)
2.	Collected FiT allowance (in PhP and in MW per energy source)
3.	Disbursed FiT allowance (in PhP and in MW per generator and per energy source)
4.	FiT Eligible Installed capacity (in kwh per generator and per energy source)
5. Actual Installed Capacity of Wind, Solar, Biomass and Hydro under Fit (in kwh and in Php)

Dear Veronica Castillo,

I refer to my letter of Nov 07, 2023 11:55:38 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for FiT Data.

Our response to your request is due on Nov 28, 2023 11:55:38 PM. Unfortunately, this  request  was  not received  on time thru our standard Transco  email notification and made available / accessible  only today January 30, 2024  for the FRO's  reference action only  upon  the reset of our eFOI access  portal . This  has been the perennial problem of Transco in accessing the FOI portal online  thus  taking longer than expected to deal with your request because 

We apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before February  28, 2024  subject to availability of  the  data .
