Hi Please help me to locate my Stolen mobile device or any work around to ensure that they will not access my DATA in the phone (Personal and Confidential data related to my Bank accounts are there). I have the IMEI number if we can also block the device to avoid them from using it anymore.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Our Office National  Transmission Corporation ( Transco) does not have  the information nor  have the  jurisdiction of the  services you have requested. However, you may wish to contact National  Telecommunications  Commission  (  NTC  )   Central Office thru Ms.  Divina N. Daquioag or foireceivingofficer.ntc@gmail.com at (02 8924-4018 / 02 8924-4040), or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at National  Telecommunications  Commission  

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
