Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing this request to file a complaint to Converge ICT Solutions Inc. for deactivation of our internet account last May 1, 2021 due to their slow procedure of posting of our payments (13k +) that we already paid and complied all necessary documents (proofs) on their customer service email address and not issuing us any receipts. (In law it's illegal). 

I have sent them a complaint letter yesterday May 3,2021 but their management is no response/ taking action. 

I hope you could help me to lift/resolve this issue so we can go back to our daily job .
