May I request a copy of the following:

1). Supply Contract between Vivant Corp. and MCWD for 25- Year Water Supply from the Desalination Plant located in Barangay Buagsong,  Municipality of Cordova, Province of Cebu;
2). The Joint Venture Agreement between Vivant Corp.  and Municipality of Cordova pertaining to the construction of Desalination Plant in Barangay Buagsong, Cordova. 

The Requester of above is the registered Landowner of the Titled Lot where the Vivant Desalination Plant is being constructed. The Requester are not provided the above documents by both Vivant Corp. & Cordova.
