Hi,

Metropolitan Cebu Water District water pressure has dropped significantly and right now, it takes time to fill a bucket of water unlike 10 years ago when it takes about 5 minutes or less to fill a bucket of water.

I would like to check if there is something that you can do to reprimand this organisation.
