Republic Act 8484 - Collection of sum of money or Small Claims.
In line with this , we will request an Immediate TERMINATION from your EMPLOYER, you will automatically reported to (CMAP) Credit Mgmt Association of the Phil. We will assure you that No Company will hired you because of your record and you will also reported to (CIC) Credit Information Corp. you will be block in all Lending comp. and to all Government transaction such as SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth.
You will also reported and blocked in NBI and Police Clearance.
