Good day my name is Richard Troy A. Colmenares. 

My Principal has file a NAPOLCOM case against PLTCOL KITT FLORA AND JOELYN FLORA of PNP Region 6. This is docketed as SD CASE NO. SD Case No. R6-2023-0016. 

We are to continue pre-hearing conference this coming 8 February 2028 at 2PM and one of the defenses of said police officers are long standing untarnished records and commendation.

As such, I would like to ask for confirmation  and for the docket numbers of case(s) filed against:
1) Kitt Flora; and
2) Joelyn Flora. 

Grateful also to receive scanned copies thereof.
