I am kindly requesting for a copy of the Security Services Operational Procedures dated June 10, 2009.

It's a memorandum prescribing the Security Services Operational Procedures (SSOP) to be strictly observed and religiously followed by all Private Security Agencies, Company Guard Forces and Government Guard Units and all Security Personnel while rendering security services.
