I would like to request a copy of NAPOLCOM Resolution No. 2005-140 to be used as our basis of our request to upgrade Valencia Municipal Police Station, Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office, Police Regional Office 7 from Class B Municipal Police Station to Class A Municipal Police Station.
