Hi,

I would like to request a copy of all records pertaining to my father-in-law former Integrated National Police Patrolman Nolasco Pactor Maraba between the years 1980-1982. It should also include any file/record of any violations, penalty/sanctions, and appeal he made out of those filed cases.
