Good day. I am applying for the NAPOLCOM Entrance Exam, and I sent all of the required documents in NORIS except my TOR, which was not released to us, thus I couldn't move to the next step. I am writing to ask if I may obtain a letter of request for urgent release of my TOR, since our university has instructed me to do so in order to obtain my TOR. I look forward to hearing from you. Your thoughtfulness is a tremendous assistance to me. Thank you for taking the time to read this request.

Good day, Ma'am/Sir. I'd like to know how I'll know whether NAPOLCOM's Office has accepted my request letter. I read your response and expected a response by July 24 at 12pm, however I did not receive any notifications from NAPOLCOM or emails. I'm hoping you can help me with my concern.
