Hi Mam/ Sir,

My name is MARK ANGELO I. AGUILAR , from Can-Avid , Eastern Samar,my birthdate was September 4, 1992. age 31 years old graduated with a Bachelor of Elementary Education last OCTOBER 2020 and passed my LET examination in my 2nd take last March 19,2023. I humbly request for an age waiver since the COVID pandemic caused postponement of our board exam which causes delay for my application to PNP.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of pertinent NAPOLCOM MC for the application and requirements for Age/Height waiver/s.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as the FOI portal is not the correct avenue for requesting height/Age waivers.
