Hi! I would like to request for the following information as part of my research studies:
a. Are statistics complied on the gender, ethnicity and religion of officers in law enforcement?  
b. What is the gender ratio at different seniority levels or ranks in the service?
c. What is the ethnicity profile at different seniority levels or ranks in the service?
d. If there are both sworn and un-sworn staff, in what proportions are they present and at which levels?
e. What is the level of staff turnover?
f, Are performance standards set for the police
