Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since the we only cater research on environment and natural resources while your query is more appropriate with the Department of Agriculture particularly with the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA). However, we have referred your request to Atty. Andrew Ian P. Edrada, Manager of the Philippine Coconut Authority of Region IV-A.
