Response to Request
In reply to your PCOO Freedom of Information Web Portal request on September 25, 2023, which concerns the data of On-The-Job-Training, we are pleased to inform you that our Bureau warmly welcomes On-the-Job Trainees (OJTS) from a wide array of educational institutions, encompassing schools, colleges, and universities.
In previous semesters, we had the privilege of hosting OJTS from several educational institutions such as, UPLB, LSPU, Pampanga State University, Phil Sc.HS, Laguna University, to name a few, with programs such as:
1. Bachelor of Science in Forestry (BS Forestry)
2. Bachelor of Science in Biology (BS Biology)
3. Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (BS Chemistry)
4. Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science (BS Environmental Science)
5. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BS Information Technology)
6. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering (BS Computer
Science/Engineering)
7. Bachelor of Science in Statistics (BS Statistics)
8. Bachelor of Science in Applied Math (BS Mathematics)
9. Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BS Agriculture)
10. K-12 Immersion Students
The duration of the OJT program is flexible and determined by the specific requirements set by their respective educational institutions. The duration typically ranges from 80 hours to 300 hours and we look forward in providing valuable learning experiences for OJTS from these diverse educational backgrounds.
