Hi! I would like to request the ff information (in CSV or Excel format, if possible):

Breakdown of data on the annual compliance monitoring in Laguna Lake (covering 2013-2022), including:

- Total number and name of industries subject to compliance monitoring and
inspection within the LDBR per year
- Type of establishments issued with Cease and Desist Orders (CDO)
(fisheries, commercial, residential, etc.) per year
- (If possible only) Location of establishments issued with CDO (City/Barangay/nearest Laguna Lake monitoring station
- Reasons for the issuance of CDO per establishment/individual
