April 11, 2022 Dear Richmond, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 05, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for the rate of fishing activities in laguna de bay. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) and the Local Government Units surrounding Laguna de Bay for the data you are inquiring. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Jaime C. Medina, LLDA General Manager, at the LLDA Green Building, National Ecology Center, East Ave., Diliman, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
