To whom it may concern:

May I request a copy of the FAR No.1 Statement of Appropriations, Allotments, Obligations, Disbursements and Balances by program (current year appropriations) for fiscal years 2021 and 2022 (as of December) of the National Water Resources Board? The agency's website cannot be accessed as of this writing.

I need to furnish a copy as we are gathering data on the different agencies' obligations and disbursements of the government budget for research on R&D public spending. 

I hope to receive a quick response from you. Thank you very much!
