Kindly include the following to my requested details:

A. Company Name
B. Project Location
C. What particular minerals they mine
D. Mineral Processing Plant
E. Contact number
F. Contact Person

And also, please include companies that has been approved to operate since December 2021.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Mines and Geosciences Bureau at (63-2) 86676700, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Atty. Alberto B. Sipaco, Jr., Chairman, President and CEO of our Agency at Unit 3001B West Tower, Tektite Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, 1605.
