Good day,

I am writing to request the following hazard maps:

1.Ground Shaking Hazard Map of Quezon Province.
2.Earthquake-Induced Landslide Hazard Map.

I was unable to locate these maps on the PHIVOLCS website, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in obtaining them.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, for all the information you are requesting, PHIVOLCS can share with you the - Hazard Maps -  is available at this application - https://hazardhunter.georisk.gov.ph/. You can also check the mobile application for HazardHunter available at the appstore or Google play, view the maps where the faults can be seen. You can also download hazard maps at our PHIVOLCS Website at this link: https://www.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph/index.php/gisweb-hazard-maps.

Should you have further concerns regarding this,  you may write a letter addressed to Dr. Teresito C. Bacolcol, Director, PHIVOLCS and send to ggrdd.mail@phivolcs.dost.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review
