Good day!

I am Nathaniel Vedasto A. Martinez, a 4th-year student from BS Geology at UP-Diliman. I am currently doing my thesis regarding liquefaction modeling in Ilocos Sur. May I request for:

1. The coordinates for all the strong motion stations in the country? If it is not possible to obtain all the coordinates, can I instead specifically get the coordinates of the stations listed below:

1. SIPA
2. ISSD
3. ISPY
4. ISNR
5. ISSE
6. ISCC
7. LUSF
8. LUNG
9. LUBN

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, station coordinates cannot be disclosed for security reasons.  Our Seismology team suggests to use borehole data for liquefaction modelling. Frontline information which are indicated in PHIVOLCS' Citizen's Charter.
