Good day! I would like to request for information regarding the initial geothermal studies conducted in Tiwi, Albay by Dr. Arturo Alcaraz and his team from COMVOL from 1962 to 1970. Specifically, I would like to ask information regarding:
1. The establishment of a COMVOL branch office and, if established, its location.
2. The specific tests performed between their arrival in 1962 and the first use of geothermal energy in 1967.
3. The time frame, process, and locations of the seven thermal gradient holes dug in Tiwi.
4. The involvement, if any, of local government units in the endeavor.
