While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, for all the information you are requesting, PHIVOLCS can share with you the - Hazard Map of Tanay, Rizal -  is available at this website - https://hazardhunter.georisk.gov.ph/. You can also check the mobile application for HazardHunter available at the appstore or Google play, view the maps where the faults can be seen. You can also download hazard maps at our PHIVOLCS Website at this link: https://www.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph/index.php/gisweb-hazard-maps.

Should you have further concerns regarding this,  you may write a letter addressed to Dr. Teresito C. Bacolcol, Director, PHIVOLCS and send to ggrdd.mail@phivolcs.dost.gov.ph.

Please check with the local government of Tanay, Rizal for Nos. 1-3 data, Mines and Geosciences Bureau- for the Geological and Soil Map, and The NAMRIA for the slope map.
