Hello, I am am incoming grade 12 senior high school student. I would like to ask some questions regarding Water Hyacinth fibers for a senior high school research, we intend to make a textile product from water hyacinth fibers.

1. Where and how can we get Water Hyacinth fibers (within Laguna Area)? 
2. Can Water Hyacinth fibers be bought? If so, are there any sellers within Laguna area and what is the estimate price? (Preferably near San Pedro, Biñan, Sta. Rosa, or Cabuyao)
3. What are the properties of Water Hyacinth fibers? (e.g. cellulose and hemicellulose content).
