Hi! I would like to request for a free laptop. I am a pharmacist in profession but I am the breadwinner in our family and I am the one who pays for my tuition fee for my graduate school. 

Hoping that you could help me to have a laptop since my salary as a pharmacist is not that big to cater my family's financial needs everyday, my tuition fee in my graduate school journey and to buy a laptop.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that our agency, PHilMech, does not provide laptops directly to students. Given the nature of your request, we believe this can be best addressed to your Local Government Unit (LGU).

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending a letter/email to od@philmech.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
