Hi, I would like to request image datasets specifically focused on diseases affecting rice. I am particularly interested in the most common or highly destructive rice diseases found in the Philippines, preferably associated with rice varieties that are widely cultivated within the region. The purpose of this request is it is a part of my undergraduate research.

Your Request

You asked for Rice Crop Diseases Image Dataset.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved and we forwarded your request to our Crop Protection Division.  They responded directly to your email and informed that  they regret  they can not provide photos of disease-infected rice plants.  They suggested that you seek assistance from your city-agriculturist office in identifying the target rice diseases and take photos in the field. 

You may also try to visit our website: www.pinoyrice.com for some rice information.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Ms. Sophia T.
