Hi. I'm Aldrin from Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc., a tobacco contract growing company covering around 7,000 ha in Ilocos Region.
I wonder if you could provide the actual raster (.tiff) of rice planting date map posted in your website (you've done a great work there, btw).
We are already preparing our transplanting plan for the next season (starts at September for tobacco) with consideration of the predicted El Nino. We wish to come up with farmer/location-specific plan, and having that file would be a lot of help since around 90% of our farmers plant rice in the wet season.
