NDCP is conducting benchmarking activity among various SUC across the country to keep its mandate of delivering high level national security learnings to its scholars. We are preparing to review and recommend adjustments to our honorarium and representation expenses that we provide to our invited and contracted subject matter experts to be more competent to what other education institutions are providing their invited guest experts. With this, I would like to request the rates for honorarium offered by your institution to your contracted/invited Subject Matter Experts.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have a specific guidelines pertaining  the information you have requested. However, our agency is covered under budget circular no  2007-1, April 23, 2007 on the "Guidelines on the grant of honoraria to the Lecturers, Resource persons, Coordinators and Facilitators" also you may wish to contact Diane Joy Rallos at records@nonescost.edu.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at www.foi.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review
