To University Registrar, 

I received a notice from the school I'm currently enrolled. They are requiring me to send the original copy of my TOR, May I please request a copy of it. I went to DEBESMSCAT personally to get the copy but you said this should be upon the request of my school I'm currently enrolled (School to School transaction). However, my school already sent a request but there is no response from you all until now. This is urgently needed and they already sent the request several months ago.
