May I request a statement from NAMRIA if the "Kalayaan Island Group" under PD 1596  still exists or if UNCLOS, as lawyers in the South China Sea Arbitration claimed,  has repealed this decree, and therefore no longer exists.  

If it still exists, may I request an official, latest map of the Philippines showing the Kalayaan Island Group.
