Hi! I would like to inquire about the following regarding a company, that is engage in a Renewable Energy (Solar) business, whose planning to Incorporate in the Philippines:

1. What are the maximum/minimum requirements/restrictions on the following:

- authorized capital stock,
- subscribed capital stock and
- paid-up capital stock.

and if there are any implications on having too high or too low amount on those capital stocks.
