I am a Hydraulics Engineering master's student at Nagoya University and a DPWH employee.

I kindly request to obtain cross-section survey data for the Cagayan River in Region 2. This information is vital for my research to study the hydrologic characteristics of the said watershed.

I kindly request permission to access and use the relevant data for academic purposes. Please guide me on any required procedures or documentation.

I assure you of my commitment to confidentiality and adherence to any terms.
