Re your reply to me (#DENRNAMRIA-114664108450) on my query how Reed Bank was renamed Recto Bank you mentioned taht the NAMRIA receiveed "verbal  instructions to provide Fililpino nmames for the features in the KIG." My questions: (1) Who gave verbal orders to whom? (2) Aren't vebal orders not allowed in Government, especially for such n important work as naming geographical features? (3) Who actually chose the names?
