Hi,

My name is Richard Troy A. Colmenares and I am an Attorney-in-Fact of Roberto S. Salarda.

I would like to request for the following:
1) confirmation of the existence of an Approved Conversion Order by DAR pursuant to Lot 2933 as evidenced by OCT No. 62903 situated at Sitio Onas, Barangay Santa Cruz, San Miguel, Iloilo.

2) where allowed by law, a copy of the "Approved Conversion Order" by DAR and other documents submitted as reason for the approval conversion of Lot 293 at Sitio Onas, Barangay Santa Cruz, San Miguel, Iloilo.
