Dear Mr. Tiglao,

Please be informed that NAMRIA is not a representative of the Government of the Philippines to the International Hydrological Organization. On our part, NAMRIA had issued in the Notices to Mariners (September 2012 edition) the naming of the West Philippine Sea which was released to the public and emailed to various local and foreign stakeholders.
