Hi! I came across a publication titled Electricity Supply Interruptions in the Philippines: Characteristics, Trends, Causes by Dr. Kris Francisco. We would like to request the following:

1) Breakdown of System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI) by city or per region

2) Breakdown of System Average Interruption Distribution Index (SAIDI) by city or per region

3) Breakdown of Customer Average Interruption Duration Index (CAIDI) by city or per region

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not produce the data you have requested. PIDS makes use of administrative data from other agencies for its research studies. However, you may want to get in touch directly with the National Electrification Administration (https://www.nea.gov.ph/) to request the data that you need.
