Your request You asked for Effects on Investments of Certain Laws/Programs. You requested for the data on the following: How the following laws/programs affect investment (particularly foreign inv., Japanese inv.) climate in the Philippines: 1. Public-Private Partnership (PPP) 2. Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law 3. Comprehensive Automotive Resurgence Strategy (CARS) Program (a) an overview of the above laws/programs; (b) expected amendments and possible effects on economy; (c) statistics on projected increase in investors and investments (funding); as well as other data or reference you may deem relevant.
