How the following laws/programs affect investment (particularly foreign inv., Japanese inv.) climate in the Philippines:
1.	Public-Private Partnership (PPP)
2.	Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law
3.	Comprehensive Automotive Resurgence Strategy (CARS) Program

(a) an overview of the above laws/programs; (b) expected amendments and possible effects on economy; (c) statistics on projected increase in investors and investments (funding); as well as other data or reference you may deem relevant.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not produce the data for the information you have requested. In relation to the specific topic of your request, PIDS makes use of administrative data from other agencies for our research studies.
