Good day! I am Kate Villafuerte, an undergraduate college student from UST. For our class in Public Administration my group will be having a group presentation regarding the Philippine Institute for Development Studies. With this, I would like to inquire about the budget granted for PIDS and PIDS finance reports from years 2016-2021 as well as where I could access it on the PIDS database.

You asked for Allocated Budget and Finance reports of PIDS.

Response to your request
With regards to your request for the financial reports of the Institute from 2016 to 2021, please be informed that you can access the PIDS Annual Reports containing the audited financial reports from 2016 to 2020 through the PIDS Transparency Seal in the PIDS Website through this link: https://www.pids.gov.ph/transparency-seal  

On the other hand, your request for the data of the 2021 financial report is not yet available since the said financial year has not yet ended.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to  Ms. Novie D. Salcedo with email nsalcedo@pids.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
