2. A. PIDS prepares proposed budget based on the cost requirements of the studies proposed by Research Fellows/staff
B. Submits a proposed list of studies to the DBM
C. Finalizes research program upon receipt of DBM's approval of the proposed list and budget
D. Allocate budget based on approved COB.
