Dear DOST-SEI

I would like to request information regarding the DOST scholarship examination results since 2000, particularly:

1. The number of taker and qualifiers, by City/Region and Year of Examination
2. Of those who qualified, how many accepted/signed the agreement
3. Of those who accepted, how many completed the program?

The above information will provide insights about:
1. trends (time-series)
2. relationship between pass rate / completion rate and poverty level among regions
